The heavy duty Hori Hori's we used for the Skatewood handle project are great but we've struggled with a sheath for them.
We did find some nylon ones for them but the fit just wasn't good enough for us to be confident in offering them for sale.
The solution has been to make some ourselves.
These sheaths are made from 3mm veg tan leather and have a rustic traditional saddlery look to them. The thickness of leather used makes them extremely durable and they'll only need a little oil and wax to keep them going for years.
The Saddle Tan with natural thread colour will be our standard option, and we'll keep those in stock. However custom colour options for both the leather and thread aren't an issue. Just get in touch and we're happy to make something custom for you.
