Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50 per order using Royal Mail.
We offer free postage on all UK orders over £50.00.
Delivery time is two to three working days from dispatch, using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes for heavier orders. Neither of these are guaranteed services, and we are finding delivery times can vary a lot at the moment. This is especially the case with London delivery addresses. If you would like a guaranteed service please get in contact to discuss that prior to ordering. We aim to get orders out by the next working day. It's possible that orders placed by 11am will go out the same day but we can't always guarantee that.
If you need an order in a hurry we can usually sort out next day delivery or a guaranteed service. These services are charged at cost, regardless of the order value. Please get in touch prior to placing the order so we can let you know the additional costs.
International Orders - at the moment the website cannot automatically process international payments or shipping costs. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org listing the items you are thinking about ordering and your delivery address. We can then work out the shipping options and costs and let you know what the total cost would be. We don't offer free shipping on international orders regardless of the total order value.

Sending an order as a gift?
If you'd like us to send your order directly to somebody else as a gift then that's not an issue. You just need to alter the "ship to" address from your default billing address during checkout. It's also a good idea to drop us a message after placing the order if you would also like us to remove the invoice, which shows the purchase price, from the order.
We also stock greetings cards from both Bewilderbeest and Passenger Press and these can be added to your order. If you send us a message with the text you'd like to include we'll hand write the card for you and drop it in with the order.
