Our standard delivery charge is £3.95.
We offer free postage on all UK orders over £85.00.
Normally - We aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and we send everything out by either Royal Mail, or by Hermes for our heavier orders (eg. Toolboxes). Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.
Bladed Items: some of the items we sell fall under the definition of a "bladed article" according to the Offensive Weapons Act 2019. You must be 18 years or older to purchase these products and this will be marked in the product description if it applies. After placing an order for one of these items we will contact you to verify your age before dispatch of the order, and as of April 4th, 2022 you will also have to have to verify your age to the delivery driver before they hand over your order. Faster delivery: Unfortunately, because we have so many different products of various sizes and weights, we can’t offer a ‘standard’ next day rate – but if you do need an order in a hurry, we can sort out next day delivery or a guaranteed service. Please just get in contact (email@example.com) and we will happily arrange this for you. You just need to tell us what you are thinking of ordering, we will weigh the items and give you a Royal Mail Special Delivery cost. This will be charged at cost, regardless of the order value. Please get in touch prior to placing your order so we can let you know the additional costs and to ensure we can get your order packed and to the Post Office before 4pm.
International Orders: If you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org listing the items you are thinking about ordering and your delivery address. We can then work out the shipping options and costs and let you know what the total cost would be. We don't offer free shipping on international orders regardless of the total order value, and our shipping costs do not include local taxes and duties.
Our 'work-shop' in Rutland: whilst we mainly deliver, or meet customers at all the events we attend, we can also arrange for customers to look at, or pick up items from our 'work-shop'. This is particularly useful for some of the bulkier tools and toolboxes that we sell. This must be pre-arranged - click here for more information.
Sending an order as a gift? If you'd like us to send your order directly to somebody else as a gift, then that's not an issue. You just need to alter the "ship to" address from your default billing address during checkout. It's also a good idea to drop us a message after placing the order if you would also like us to remove the invoice (which shows the purchase price) from the order. We also stock greetings cards from both Bewilderbeest and Passenger Press and these can be added to your order. If you send us a message with the text you'd like to include we'll hand write the card for you and drop it in with the order.
