I try and wear gloves when working in the garage or garden. Some jobs just can't be done with gloves and they are often the ones that leave soil and oil under my nails.
I find a nail brush is the best option - and this is a brute of one. Highly effective but don't use it too vigorously!
It has multiple short, stiff bristles - all mounted on a strong and easy to hold wooden handle.
Certainly gets things clean.
It's stamped as a Gardener's Nail Brush ..... but cleans up equally well when I've been working in the garage.

The brush does its job! My hand are filthy by the end of the day, and the brush makes them look decent!
I'm really pleased with this nail brush, it's just what I was after and works extremely well at cleaning soil, dirt and oil from under my nails after outdoor work or working on cars/machinery.
The finish is really nice and is easy to hold tightly even when soapy.

I've been looking for a decent nail brush like this for years. It really does scrub the dirt off your hands and nails. So strange that you can't buy these in garden centres or pharmacies. Delighted with my purchase!
