I enjoy working with my hands and that means they can take a bit of beating, whether out in the garden or in the workshop.
I do wear gloves as much as possible but they're not right for some tasks. That means getting my hands clean after coming back into the house has become a bit of ritual.
Swarfega and the like are just plain nasty to use. I like to use a stiff nail brush, a good quality soap and some warm water.
The nail brush that we sell is made in Germany by a brush company called Redecker. It's short, stiff, bristles are great for lifting soil and oil from your hands.
The soap supplied in this kit also helps with that process as it contains both coffee and bamboo grains. These aid with agitating dirt from you skin. It also contains sheep milk and shea butter - so isn't overly harsh on your skin. There's also some citrus oil in there to help with the cleaning process. No parabens or silicones.
Supplied in a small cotton bag - makes a great gift for anybody that works with their hands.
