Sneeboer x Tinker and Fix "Black Friday" Skatewood Fork and Trowel

This whole culture of "Black Friday" sucks...

It came about as a term used by American retailers to mark the point in the year when they moved from the "red" into the "black."  That's right - a lot of retailers operate at a loss until the sale weekend after Thanksgiving.  Then they have the run until the end of the year to make a profit.  That just seems like complete madness to us.

Anyway ... you aren't going to find any discounts from us now, or at anytime of the year.  You can have a read about that here.

What we have done to give us something to talk about over the Black Friday period is to make some one off Black skatewood handled Sneeboer tools.  We've made one trowel and one hand fork.

Black isn't a common colour within skateboard deck laminates so Dedwood Designs who made the handles for us had to patiently wait for the odd black deck to come through in order to get enough for this handle.  It's not a solid black, you do have the laminates of natural Maple coming through which makes the contrast in the handle work.

So buy something unique this Black Friday ...... buy well, buy once.
