I have a confession to make - I used to always just buy the cheapest paint brushes I could find. I think my general dislike of decorating houses has a lot to do with it.....
I like restoring things and giving them a lick of paint but repainting walls and ceilings in the house doesn't do anything for me. Especially edges and skirting boards.
I knew that professional decorators say that the right types/brand of paint brush makes a huge difference. They aren't wrong.
We tested various brands and have settled on Purdy being my personal favourite. They just seemed to strike the right balance of quality, price and function for me.
This is a stiffer bristle version of XL Elite brush and is much better for cutting in and producing a sharp line.
Works well with water or oil based paints and can be store in its protective cover once cleaned.
