We’re not "serious gardeners" but we do enjoy our garden, veg plot and flower patch, even with our relatively heavy clay soil.  Frustratingly we found ‘quality’ branded tools began breaking - shafts bending on trowels, welds breaking on garden forks.

In the same way as my breaking of spanners led me to King Dick, the quest for quality garden tools led me to Sneeboer in the Netherlands.  Now in the hands of the 5th generation of family members, they've been hand forging stainless steel garden tools since 1913.  All Sneeboer tools are handmade and individually quality checked.  Designed to last a lifetime - they seemed like the obvious choice.
