The GR Pro range is Niwaki's best selling range of secateurs. The ideal combination of refined craftsmanship and everyday usability being hard wearing and hand forged.
Made from KA70 carbon steel, forged in Sanjo in the north of Japan. The yellow handles help reduce the risk of them getting lost when you put them down!
We are now stocking the GR Pro's in three different sizes - Small, Standard and Large.
The Standard size is what I would call a "normal" secateur. They weigh 250grams with an overall length of 205mm and a blade length of 55mm.
The Smalls are 200grams and are 185mm with a blade of 50mm. These would be perfect if you have a smaller hand size or struggle with the weight of a standard secateur. The offer an alternative to the GR Pro Lightweights, as they are very much a scaled down secateur shape as opposed to the Lightweights which almost have a "snip" blade shape.
This sounds stupid, but the Large are big! They weigh 310grams and are 230mm long with a 65mm blade. If you are constantly thinking that you'd like more cutting power from your secateurs then these might be the solution.
