Gransfors Bruk Wildlife Hatchet

After years of trying we have now been excepted as one of the handful of UK stockists of Gransfors Bruk.  Stock should be arriving towards the end of September 2024 ... but we were keen to get the information up on the website as soon as everything was confirmed. 

The Wildlife Hatchet is one of Gransfors Bruk best selling axes and its not hard to see why.  If you are looking for a versitile hatchet for use around the garden, and for making kindling for wood burners, this is a great tool.

The head is a classic Scandinavian style and weights 1.3lbs.  The 14inch hickory handle gives it a great balance and makes it equally at home doing some light work as it is limbing small branches.  They are supplied with a leather sheath.

Gransfors Bruk have been making axes in Sweden for over 100 years.  All their axes are still made in their factory in the town of Gransfors.  Each head is marked with the initials of the blacksmith who forged them and they are designed to last a lifetime.  For us they are the best quality mass produced axes available on the market.
