Fedeca Bushcraft Knife

With this knife Fedeca have designed a really useful camping tool.

For most of us in the UK we really don't need to carry an axe when we go camping.  However there are times when you wish you had one.  Maybe you need to make a bit of kindling to start a camp fire, or perhaps you need to fashion some emergency wooden tent pegs.

This Bushcraft knife solves that challenge by being a perfectly usable food preparation knife whilst also being chunky enough to handle some wood work.

This is a sturdy knife and weighs 225grams.  The blade is a little over 105mm and features a thick spine along most of its length.  The overall length of the blade is 225mm.

The blade is made from VG10 stainless steel in Japan and the knife is a full tang construction.

The combination of full tang and the thickness of the spine means that you can use this knife to split smaller logs by striking the back of the blade with something wooden.

The convex grind on the blade means that food preparation is possible, although this is never going to be a thin slicer.

The knife is supplied with a leather blade protector/sheath.

We are stocking two handle options.  Multicolour is a coloured laminate wood finish (similar to recycled skateboards) or there's a traditional Black Naguri finish.
