The screwdriver has got to be one of, if not the most, regularly used tools I have.
Elementary screwdrivers are things of beauty, which is great because you get to use them a lot! The large Beech handle fits perfectly in your palm and gives you great control and pressure. What I’ve found most useful are the changeable bits which means rather then needing to have multiple screwdrivers to hand - you can use the selection of bits. This also means that you can extended the screwdriver’s usefulness by getting ahold of some Hex or Torq bits. It's also a simple case of replacing the bit heads if they start to get worn out.
This is their standard size screwdriver which is 25cm long, and comes with 6 bits.
Get yourself a 3mm Hex bit and you can even make assembling Ikea shelving units more pleasurable.
I received mine as a gift - and it still ranks up there with some of the best. Great for anybody that appreciates tools or as a house warming present.
Just promise me you’ll never use one to open a tin of paint (that's why we designed our decorative paint tin opener!)
I've finally got a design that I'm happy with for a bit holder to live with this screwdriver. These are hand made by us using veg tan leather. Hand dyed and hand stitched. There's enough space for seven bits and it sits tightly on the end of the screwdriver. You can purchase a new screwdriver with a leather bit holder here, but if you already own the screwdriver and would like to just buy the leather holder it can be purchased on its own here.
