Postal delays during Lockdown...

Most of our orders are dispatched to you via Royal Mail and so far during the current pandemic they've been doing a great job during these difficult times.  However, as you might have seen on the news they are now starting to struggle with their services in some areas due to illness and staff self-isolating.

They've issued a list of areas where their services are currently encountering delays (full list, current as of 12th January is below). So, please be patient if you are ordering from us and live in one of the postcodes listed, as its likely your delivery will take longer than the normal 2 to 3 working days from when we've dispatched it.

To help out, and to help you get your order a little bit quicker hopefully, we will upgrade all orders under 1Kg from 2nd Class to 1st Class whilst these delays are happening - as that will hopefully help you to get your tools and equipment a bit quicker for you to get on with your tinkering, fixing, making, gardening or mending. The cost of increasing items over 1Kg is too great for us to offer for free - but if you are in rush, if you are buying for a gift or present, or if you're on a deadline and your order is a big one - please just email us and we can let you know what the additional cost will be, so you can make a call if you'd like to upgrade it.
