Painting for Christmas...
Share
Our painted axes, hammers and hori-hori's are strong Christmas favourites - as they make great gifts that are distinctive and unique.
The range originates from Edd liking the painted handle axes of traditional Canadian lumberjacks, which are used to identify their preferred axe at the beginning of the working day and easier to spot when left on the forest floor.
So we now have three painted tools for gardeners and DIY'ers - all of which make fantastic presents:
- Tinker and Fix Painted Axes, which is a Hultafor axe, painted and with a sheath made by Edd (which can also be customised to preference).
- Tinker and Fix painted hammers - these are Carters hammers (based up in Holmfirth that have been making tools since 1740) which you can have painted up to your colour choice on either a Ball Pein or Claw hammer
- Tinker and Fix painted Hori Hori Japanese garden trowels - painted so you can see them when you leave them in the garden!
And whilst Edd is busy building up a stack of different colour options for shows, we want to just give you all a bit of a reminder that we do need you to get your orders in sooner, rather than later, for Christmas. Just because, as I'm sure you understand, it gets a little busy over the next few weeks - so we'd hate for you to miss out, or miss a painting slot.
