I don't have OCD .... in fact I could be the polar opposite of that, but dirty car windows annoy me. It's just plane dangerous, especially on the windscreen and makes the windscreen wipers have to work overtime.
I've tried a number of specific car glass cleaners in the past and haven't been that impressed with them. In fact I'd switched back to using household window cleaner .... but that always leaves smears.
Stjarnagloss's Glas Cleaner is solvent based and you can really tell. You just need a small amount sprayed on and a couple of wipes with a cloth. No streaks or smears. I've also found that you get a really nice water beading on the windscreen and the side windows "stream" clear at speed. As the weather gets colder it will be interesting to see if its also a plus for frosted up windows.
Not just an iron remover – Hjul’s a genuine all round wheel cleaner.
You may have seen colour change wheel cleaners before, but Stjarnagloss is different.
It’s a thicker recipe for a bit more dwell time and contains soap to remove general road grime, as well as the active ingredient that removes ferrous brake debris.
But it also has some solvent content to soften tar spots – those little black dots that often pretend to be stubborn brake dust deposits.
It’s pH neutral too, so you can use it with some of the more sensitive wheel materials and finishes (but always rinse it thoroughly after use).
It smells terrible, but works amazingly well.
We've include a high quality wheel cleaning brush with this kit to help the process.
All products are available individually as well - if you'd like to just buy the wheel brush its listed here.
