We've become a little obsessed with using Hori Hori's in the garden this year. These Japanese garden trowels are just perfect for general weeding, digging small planting holes and for planting bulbs later in the year.
This Hori Hori is from a new supplier and caught our eye because its made from stainless steel - meaning the blade won't rust if left exposed to the damp. The other feature was the measurement markers - which should come in really useful when planting those bulbs in the autumn. Hopefully you can see them in the photography - the blades are so shiny it makes taking photos a little tricky.
Being honest the sheath it comes with isn't that great. It functions well enough and is well made - it just doesn't look that great in our opinion. It's made from a synthetic leather material.
Made in Japan - the quality of the blade is the best we've seen.
Overall length is 33 cm. Stainless steel blade and wooden handle.
