Deejo are a French company that have taken a fresh look at the classic French style of pocket knife.
Their brief was to make a highly functional pen knife that was extremely easy to carry in a pocket or bag. It needed to have a slim profile and be light. They make three sizes of knife and we've gone with the middle size - which weighs just 27 grams.
The blade and body are stainless steel and we've found they sit really well in the pockets of Carhartt overalls, aprons and tool belts.
Amazing in the garden for opening compost bags and cutting string etc. Its blade is also delicate enough for taking cuttings. Or equally at home as a general everyday pen knife.
This knife has an 8cm blade and is 17 cm long when open. It does feature a safety lock to hold it in place when open.
The Orange Symmetry and Yellow Blossom knives feature laser etched patterns on their blades and are slightly more expensive as a result. The others are highly polished.
