This is a twin sided diamond coated sharpening file from Japan.

Designed to be used to remove chips or reshape edges before then sharpening with a wet stone.

I also use mine for sharpening the blade on the lawnmower or other garden tools that don't require a fine edge.

Great Sharpener

Very pleased with this diamond file, I use it on all my garden tools, especially on those that don't require too fine of an edge then this is all you need.
